New Roadie in Hertfordshire

Hey,

Signed up for team relay at the London Triathlon doing the bike bit.

Planned to do it on my old mountain bike but after trip down my local bike store for some new gear cables I took a road bike for a test ride. (I must be a bike shops dream! Love shiny new things! )

Fell in love with road bikes instantly. Ended up buying a Wilier which I'm loving!

Anyway be good to get some tips and help out where I can.

Thanks for reading,

Sean

From: Take a deep breath, and ask--What would Sheldon do?

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

Hello Sean, I suspect that you will be much happier with the Wilier than an MTB for the triathlon .

Shiny new things are good. Shiny old things are also good. We don't care, as long as it has something to do with cycling!

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
