Hi im a 47 year old male living in aberdeen scotland,ive been riding for about 4 years mainley commuting to work but i have done a few 100 milers and distance charity events.i own a trek 7200 which has been modified and now my dawes stirling, which im seeking information on.

Welcome to the forums!. You are very lucky to have some great cycling country in Scotland. The Pentlands on the doorstep of Endinburgh are great and the whole west coast is excellent. Haven't yet been to Aberdeen on a bike though.
