Bikes: Burley Canto recumbent

Bikin' Buckeye

I've just recently found the Bike Forum. It's a pretty interesting site. I 've been riding for almost 10 years, mostly on a Huffy mountain bike. A couple of years back I wanted something different so I now have a Burley Canto recumbent. However recurring knee problems have limited my seat time on the 'bent.

Hi,
cycling should be good for your knee. I also have knee problems with the recumbent position. I would start going to the gym, and work the vastus medialus and the hamstring. After you do that, a touring bike, or a hybrid, set up to fit you by a good professional might do the trick.
