Hello from Mid-Missouri
Hello, I am Roy L Williams aka Mudd. I have I hope to become a rider again. I've never owned a "bent" and haven't ridden any bicycle in a long time. I am a survivor of a car/motorcycle bash so I know ridding a regular bike for more than a few minutes is out of the question. I was able to find one recumbent bike in my area that I got to take for a spin, it was then that I realized I could still enjoy riding if I can somehow find one in a price range I can afford or get help building one.
I look forward to reading and learning all I can.
God bless,Mudd
ps if there are any traditional archers that use a "bent", I's sure love to hear how the 2 activities compliment each other.

Hi Mudd, I know there's a couple of traditional archers on the board, but I don't know if they are 'bent riders.
It's exciting to hear that you can still ride a bike. Definitely check in with the recumbent forum folks--they may be able to help you much more than I can.
Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions
