Hello

Hi everyone--I am just considering joining in with group rides and getting a new road bike. Have been riding a river trail alone on my mountain bike for years. If anyone has suggestions on which bikes are best and ones to stay away from, I'd welcome the info!

There's no such thing as a bad bike! If you go to a big box store, rather than an LBS, though, you will want to pay very close attention to the welds, and whether or not the bike was put together properly.

What's your budget?

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions !
