Hey guys,

The name's Doug and im near Dayton, Ohio and roll on an orange (go figure) royce union road bike which im hoping to repaint (orange, lol) and fix up in general this winter. I like to bike to work instead of driving as long as weather+time abides...saving some gas an getting exercise (not a bad ride, around 11 miles).

Just hoping to get some general know-how when it comes to basic upkeep on my bike.

Doug, your bike isn't even that orange! ha. You need to take a picture so they can be in awe of the gloss orange grips. And someone needs to hook this guy up with an orange wheelset and tire combo. Thats all it needs to be complete.

^Haha, frank...I need to hit up that paint job real hard this winter and replace some parts that are gettin old...blangidy blang-blangin'
