i never did introduce myself
grew up in AZ, rode a lot of mtn. bikes there. then i ended up in the new york area and didn't ride too much here...mostly because it's freaking freezing all the time (relative to AZ!). however, after a break-up with my girlfriend i needed to get involved with something to keep my sanity. so, i ended up buying myself a "self-pity" present; a nice new road bike. i've been hooked ever since...

yeah, i did my introduction after several other threads. which, i guess in social terms, is the same as crashing a party, sitting down for a few drinks and then saying 'oh by the way, nice place you have here...mind if i stay?'.

Welcome Tim! You've got a huge head! It's like Sputnik! Round, but quite pointy in parts!

You might want to check out the procrastinators forum. Perhaps sometime in the next few years?
