Any Good cycling books out there?

I just finished "A dog in a hat" which I enjoyed greatly. Any other non-Lance Armstong (already have read them) books that someone can recommend?

Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.

Depends on what you are interested in! A fascinating read (although not to be found in every library) is Two Pilgrim's Progress (1886) by J. and E. Pennell. It's the story of a newly married couple as they ride from London to Rome on a tandem tricycle.

(I like touring books ).

Welcome to BF.

This question gets asked quite often in the General Cycling forum. Read thru those threads for ideas.

"3 Men on a Bummel" by Jerome K Jerome (1903), about bike touring in Germany. Includes observations on promotional adverts for improved bicycle seats which is as apt today.

I live in Texas, and a book titled "Best Bike Rides in Texas" or something of the sort has been inspirational to me- check if they have something like that for your area.
