Hello from Putrajaya, Malaysia

I am a new and casual rider with the cycling group (Putrajaya Easy Rider) in Putrajaya in Malaysia. I am ploygamy rider with a Proton T-bolt as MTB and a Bianchi as RB. On most occasion, we ride around Putrajaya, the administrative capital of Malaysia and we call it the cycling city of Malaysia. I enjoy the comradeship under their leadership in all my rides and the beautiful scenery of Putrajaya. We keep our cycling travelogue at https://www.kayuh.co.cc. It gives me great honour to invite all cyclist coming to Malaysia to join this cycling group ride. Looking forward and hope to learn more about cycling from our experience cyclist.

Hello tzyya, welcome. About 11 years ago I was in Singapore for some business meetings, and after the meetings I took a week of vacation and traveled north to Malaysia. I liked my visit to Malaysia, and enjoyed the cities, towns and beautiful countryside. I traveled by train and bus so I was able to meet a big variety of people. I didn't see a large number of bicycle riders, but it looked to be a good place for bicycle riding.

Hi tzyya, we have a few members in Malaysia, but I don't think any of the others are in Putrajaya. Your group sounds like a lot of fun .

Welcome to BikeForums, and don't hesitate to send me a PM if you have any questions.

There is a lot of development and changes in 11 years. Malaysia is the organiser of Asia's biggest road race. You can find more info at https://www.ltdl.com.my/index.asp. Also the last year info is at https://www.ltdl.com.my/index-2008.asp.

Hope you will have another chance to come to Malaysia. We welcome you and other friends to visit and if you have time we would be glad to organise some cycling events together. Selamat Datang to Malaysia.
