Bikes: Vintage Raleigh 10 Speed

::Hallo from NYC!::

Hi Everyone! I'm a crazy commuter who has given up public transportation for the best transportation! I like zipping through the city, shouting at bad drivers and clueless pedestrians, and belting to my iPod (when I have the lung power left)! This is my third bike season, and I decided that I'm going to be a winter cyclist as well, so I'm all excited to learn about facing the wilds of snowy wind tunnels. I have been taking mechanic classes, and will soon be volunteering to repair bikes for this really cool non-profit that I love. I also have ~demon~ dreams of building sweet, 19th Century-inspired fixed gear out of this killer vintage Raleigh frame from the '40's or '50s I procured.

Oh, does anyone know how to post pictures in messages without adding them as attachments?

Cheers!

If you're hosting the pics on flickr or some other place, enclose the URL w/ the img tags. The icon for inserting an image is the little pic w/ something that looks like mountains. Welcome!
