Old Runner New Cyclist
At 51 I've been running competitively for almost 40 years. I've had some chronic running injuries lately, so for the last month or so I've been cycling and only running 1-2 times a week. I'm enjoying being able to work out hard on my bike and not have to worry about injury. I got a great deal on a slightly used Scott Speedster S10 with lots of upgraded components. I never thought I'd own a bike with a freaking carbon fiber water bottle cage! LOL. My wife also has a nice, new Specialized Roubioux, and has been really attacking the roads.
