Hello from Spokane, WA
Hi, my name is Mike, I am 25 years old. I live in Spokane, WA and just picked up my first road bike a few weeks ago. So far I have only put 50 miles on it. I am overweight and picked up cycling to help me get into shape. I am looking at losing around 80 to 100 pounds and I could use all the help i can get. I have changed my diet to a low fat/low calorie diet. If anyone has any pointers to help out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
