First Road Bike
Hi all, I recently retired from the military. As part of my retirement physical I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees. The doc told me to stop running. With some help from my cousin who is an experienced rider, I bought a specialized allez compact. I got it fitted yesterday and took it out for a half hour tonight. I really enjoyed it. Hopefully, this site can help answer question when they pop up. I hope to ride to maintain weight and fitness levels. Almost forgot, I'm from central florida.
