Hi guys,
stumbled upon this site looking for ways to set up , add on, improve, individualize what ever you call it my cannondale quick 5, What a great place to be at...
I use to do a lot of riding when I was younger, mostly trail stuff but I have loved gettin out on the road and pedalling, my primary focus is fitness and fun, Its still early in the year but I have put a good 45 km on my bike in the first 2 rides
I am in southern Ontario, right across the river from Detroit, little town of Amherstburg. Great town to ride, and beautiful county roads to pedal freely.
