Newbie from Ohio
I am very new to cycling. I live in Central Ohio. On March 1, 2010 I weighed 409lbs, as of this morning I am down to 335 lbs. I have been cycling for 4 months now. I started on a Trek 7300 hybrid and then moved to a Trek 1.5 road bike,
I am hooked. I ride at least 5 days a week, 18-25 miles per day and a try to do one ride of 30 miles twice a month. I am addicted to say the least... I am still a very big guy but I feel great and I truly think this is a lifestyle change.
My goal is to complete a 50 mile ride in October and next year I want to try a century ride... seems daunting after writing it down.
BTW: this forum is full of great information and useful advice.

Bikes: One brand-less build-up, and a Connondale Synapse Carbon Ultegra Disc. A nicer bike than I need, but it was a good deal, so... ;-)
And another! What part of Central Ohio? I'm in north Worthington.
