Hello from Pamplona!
Hi everybody!
I`m from Pamplona(Spain), 30 years old and I work like a Civil engineer., I use to ride bike five times per week. I like going to x-county competitions around here. I`d like to learn about ways to train and bike´s mechanicals.

Don't worry about the english. Sadly, it's better than a lot of people I know!

Welcome, I hope to travel to Spain in the next few years. My first Euro trip was 3 years ago on a cycling trip to Provence, I fell in love with Europe. Welcome to the forums, and I must agree with Koffee that your English is better than many people I know, or at least your typewritten English is better!!
