Helo from Wales!
Joined to get info regarding Bike Polo and associated bike setups.
Great place with loads of info - I've already changed my mind about buying the front lights that I originally had in mind

Hello Wales. I have done thousands of cycle miles in Wales, what part of the hilly country do you live in ?
To get info on Bike Polo and bike set-ups, contact a Cyclist Touring Club member through your local bike shop, then ask the CTC member to contact the CTC for help on your behalf.
I remember some of the Liverpool cyclists' enjoying Bike Polo many years ago but I wasn't tempted to have a go.
I rode fixed wheel nearly every winter on road, but would rather pedal forward, not in reverse as some did on soft grass with wide tyres.
The next time I visit, or contact the famous Eureka Cyclist Cafe by Chester, I may be lucky and find an ex polo bike rider there.
You could contact the cafe online yourself, the owners Keith & Anne Peak are very helpfull.
From Alan Parker a cyclist born in Liverpool, Merseyside during WW2 now living in the WIRRAL.
