Hi All,
I officially got back on the bike in the fall of 2009 some 30 years after highschool. I am commuting to work most days, 15 mile round trip. Looking to begin weekend trail trips and get my family to join me.

Good luck with your riding during the long Wisconsin winter that looms.
If you bike commute in that, then I like your salt.
One tip: limit cheese curd consumption.
