Hi to everyone here!

61 year old in Minneapolis thinking of getting a bike. I haven't been on a bike for over 35 years. Might get me back in good shape and help me loose the extra 50lb. I'm carrying around. I am 6'3" and around 230lb. I just started looking today, so, don't even know enough to ask an intelligent question yet. The threads here that I've looked at so far look awesome. I'm looking forward to spending some time here.

Welcome. Stop by the 50+ forum and introduce yourself and ask about bikes. Lots of friendly folks here.

Howdy and welcome to the forums.

Also check in to the Clydesdale forum.

With myself, I found bicycling was part of the answer to weight loss and eating differently and better was the other part. Get both going at once and you get a double whammy effect.
