Intro

Hi Y'all, Gen Xer here, the 1st BMX'RS, the 1st Swimming Pool Skateboard riders, inventors of the mullit. I was injured in the line of duty while sering in the Marines (nothing heroic) And have always struggled to stay in shape since then. then one day it hit me, get back on a bike, so here I am.
