Hello All from Georgetown, TX-
I'm a beginner/intermediate road rider getting pretty serious and truly enjoying it. I started out trying to loose a few pounds but I think I am going to ride in a few of the local comps. I am currently riding a 1988 Centurion Ironman Dave Scott Expert model and am trying to decide if I want to upgrade to something more modern; there's just a lot of history behind this bike. Wish me luck on the weight loss and all advice on whether or not to change bikes is greatly appreciated!!
Best Regards,
Steven Reinhardt; aka, madscientist65

Welcome Steve to Bike Forums.
Get in shape, then look for a new bike.
That is what I did and it has been very rewarding.
