Howdy from Southern California!
Hey everyone, my name is Dave Elsberry. I'm a full brick short and got into ultra cycling a few years ago. I raced in the Fire Weed 2009 which qualified me for RAAM. Luckily, I had a buddy tell me I was no where near ready for RAAM so I did the RAW and came in 6th. With RAW under my belt I decided to take on RAAM in June 2011 and finished in 12 days 17 hours. I'm fully committed to cycling now and am going to take on RAAM again in June. I'm hoping to take the record for the 60-69 bracket but just finishing again will be great
