London Calling

Hello Everyone

I have just joined this forum. Well, I am quite a serious cyclist, mostly touring (Trek 7500 hybrid) and road bike (Giant OCR) ride in England and Europe, mainly France, Germany Holland etc normally seeking to do a week's tour in May & September and plenty of smaller tours in between.

Cycled the Normandy coast 5/6 times normally cycling west to east (prevailing wind) and soaking up the lovely French countryside. Normally cover 250/300 miles easy cycling and camping or B&B if the weather turns.

Any other touring cyclist out there?

I used to do more touring than I do now. My children are almost 9 and 10, so I am hoping that they can ride in England, France, or the Netherlands with me in the next coming years. I've ridden in Kent, Wales, and and along the mediterranean from Avigon to Crete.

Welcome to the forums! I've toured Switzerland, Italy and Greece. I've done single day trips in Mexico and Vietnam too. It's always fun.

You may want to head over to the Touring Forum for more discussion, since most people who tour may not see this thread, and you'll miss out on some fun.
