Welcome aboard, Kieth. I'm just on the other side of the fence from you. I don't believe there is a forum for trainers and excercise bikes, but it sounds like the training & nutrition forum or the road cycling forum would be appropriate places to post.

Welcome to the forum. What are your impressions of the TDF stationary bike? I see the commercials and am intrigued.Do you ride a real bike outside at all? I realize you are in Dallas and that the Texas heat can be monstrous. I have a cousin who lives in Dallas and is involved in cycling. He trains at Cycling Center Dallas in addition to riding outside on the roads. He has been my inspiration. He did his first century last year as part of the Lonestar ride to benefit AIDS charities.
