Hello All
A quick insight, I am mostly use to riding a trail bike most of the time when I get a chance, however my Trek isn't always ideal for cruising around on road conditions in my opinion. My 'slum lord' has an early 90's Giant Allegre, maybe 92 or 93 year. It appears to be in relatively good condition for sitting in a garage for a LONG time, like since Moses walked the Earth. I am taking it into work to clean it up and check the tires and tubes and what not, the bike according to lamens terms fits me with an inch or two spacing between the top bar and my groin area. He said he would sell it for around 100 bucks if I liked it and it fit me and what not. I am trying to get him down to 50 or 75 bucks, considering I am sure there will need to be some cash dumped into it. Any insight would be great!!

Well I got it for 75, and dumped a little bit of cash into it, in the end still cheaper than buying a brand new bike... Bike is pretty much almost new after all work was done to it...
