Greetings from London, UK. Jamis Coda Elite 2012 on order.
Hi all,
Been lurking in these forums for a while, I'm looking to take up cycling a little more often than my usual weekend tow path rider effort, so i thought i'd join up and say hello.
Been riding a GT Karakoram for the past 22 years, damn thing never missed a beat so I saw no reason to replace it! Some bar ends, a different saddle, 2 sets of tires & brake pads and a bit of WD-40 and dabs of engine oil on the chain and she's been good as gold....oh yeah, I know how to treat a bike
The Ol' GT needs a little TLC these days, so I did what any self respecting, red blooded male would do: walked into my LBS & bought a new bike I've gone for a 21.5" 2012 Coda Elite, which they are (Evans) shipping in from somewhere else in the UK, should be with me within 14 days. (Deposit placed)
Looking forward to getting out on the road and trying my first London to Brighton ride

Welcome! You are going to love that Codaa Elite, I got a Coda Comp earlier this year, great bike, enjoy it. Sometimes I kind of wish I spent the extra for the Elite, I bet the disk brakes will be awesome.
