Comfort/Health/Fun 50+ Rider from CO.
Hi folks, I just ordered a brand new Jamis Explorer2 for my 16 yo daughter, which has prompted me to drag my own K2 Easy Street out of mothballs and to take an interest in biking for fun and health again, after not touching a bike for 5 years or so. She cleaned up pretty nice and I've already had her out for a preliminary ride just to make certain everything still worked. Can't wait for my daughter's ride to come in as I'm chompin' at the bit to feel the freedom of 2 wheels on a regular basis again, and it's always more fun for me to ride with a partner. I'm anxious to explore the forums here as it looks like there are several that fit my interests. See you on the boards!

Welcome! Enjoy riding with your daughter! That's going to be awesome. I grew up in CO -- there's a lot of great riding.
Enjoy the forums as well. I love it in here.

Thanks 10 Wheels and waterrockets! I hope to have some pics soon, at least of myself and the bikes, still kinda leery of putting my daughter online though.
