Hello from Brussels!
Hello!
I've just moved to Brussels from the US (Louisiana), and I'm looking forward to some good touring of Europe while I'm here (at least 2 years).
So I found an apartment, and it takes me about 10-15 minutes to bike to work everyday. I'm using a borrowed old NOVY step-through at the moment, it's a 7 speed internal hub. I'm not tremendously happy with it, although that could be because the tires are old and the front tire doesn't really hold air very well.
I'll be buying a bike once my paycheck comes through, so I'll be looking for advice pretty soon.
Niki

LET'S ROLL
Howdy!
Tires and tubes are pretty cheap,
I'm sure the person you borrowed
the bike from would appreciate it

I read your post this morning and thought "yeah i should to do that to say thanks for lending me your bike". But then I went outside and the front tire was completely flat (as in a weird looking puddle of wrinkly rubber under the rim. Fortunately the closest bike shop is only about 1 km away (and almost entirely downhill), so I pumped up the tire and took it in.
