Hey Everyone!
I live in the Colorado Rockies and I've been an avid cross-country/mountain biker for most of life and this weekend went downhilling on an actual downhiller at Granby Ranch (formerly Solvista Bike Park). I cracked two ribs and hyper-extended my knee, and fell in love with this sport. Thought I'd try here for some advise!
