Bikes: depends on the day

I'm baaaaaaaaaaack ... :)

Hi I'm Holly. I was pretty active here a few years ago before I gave up messing around on forums.

Over the past couple years I've done a bit of travelling and in between travelling I've completed a number of 5km running races and a duathlon. And just this past fall I went on a cycling tour in Ireland which was incredible.

Anyway I just wanted to re-introduce myself here.

Welcome back.
The tour of Ireland sounds nice. Post pics in the Touring forum.

Ray, as soon as I get a chance I'll post some pictures in the touring forum. Ireland was an absolutely incredible place to cycle. I'd go back again in a minute.

Yeah the knees do feel it a bit but to do duathlons, one has to run.

You're correct about the skating although I don't skate as much as I did. I've been running & cycling more. Cycling can take me further faster than skates so it's become the thing to do. As for the overlord, I'll have to hunt him down and "ask him" how he's doing, although I think I can manage to ask in a posting only.
