Hi,
I am Murlidhar. I am from Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
I am 56 year old retired person.
I have Hero Octane Mountain bike which I use for practice.
I also have Hercules Ryder Neo Hybrid bike which I use for Road biking and touring.
I am planning to tour Manali Leh and Khardungla in August 2013. For this I am collecting the information about training, cycling, dressing in low temperature and high altitude.

Hello from OK, USA. First stop should probably be the Touring forum. We've got people who have toured all over the world and most of them pop in there every so often- less if they are currently on a tour. You might also want to take a look in Asia Regional and see if you can find anyone who may be local to you or the area you plan on touring.
