New to list

Hello someone very kindly directed me to this website. I am interested in getting into
biking for exercise (mostly trail rides) . I am in the over 50's category and just do not find
jogging or walking very rewarding anymore. I am looking forward to searching your lists to find
out just what bike would be a good choice for me.

Welcome from Allergen Central.

What kind of trail riding are you thinking of? Rail trail conversions that are maintained or more technical single track off road?

Basically looking for park trails that are maintained but I am sure can be bumpy, sandy and /or somewhat challenging as far as hills. nothing crazy..just want to sightsee and be outdoors.
