HEllo from the easy bay , ca
started cycling this year to loose weight, fell inlove of many different aspects of cycling now i cant get enough

Happy New Year & Welcome Hirtchu! Biking is an excellent exercise! In my opinion, Way easier on the joints than running! I started with indoor cycle class & weight lifting years ago! The lifting I think made me stronger for a better ride. So Lets Roll!

As of right now I just retired my 29er .
So I'm without MTB for the winter but I have my 10 year old trek road bike I just picked up to keep me busy
