Hello all

Just a quick note to say Hello. Just joined. My wife and I belong to the 50+ crowd and enjoy pedaling, paddling and hiking. Our goal is to be in the outdoors and have fun. All of our activities are centered around recreation and enjoyment but we do appreciate the physical fitness that comes as a byproduct of our "fun".We probably ride 50-70 miles a week when the weather permits. Thanks much.

Welcome to Bike Forums. What bikes do you ride?
Stop by the 50+ forum (farther down the main BF page) and say hello to the other "old timers". I'm one of them. I'm 68.

Welcome to Bike Forums. Better on a bicycle than in front of a TV.

Will certainly look up the 50+ forum. Thanks! I currently ride a Diamondback Insight and my wife a Trek FX.

We have several rail trail trips planned this year once the weather breaks. Lots of miles on the stationary this winter! In the market for an entry level mountain bike as well. Thanks for the response to the intro!

take care
