I just started riding again After Amajor heart attack
Hi all just started riding again after a heart attack end of november. Was about to leave for Florida to visit my sister in Tavares. I live approx 2 miles from Wo&d Trail in Northern Va had packed up when I had it. So they flew me by helicopter To fairfax Innova so that changed my plans a little. What angered me they cut my good bicycle shirt I just bought off me. Im sure glad That the Lord Likes ugly Bike riders Though. He gave me another chance to bike to Fla so im raring to go Hah. Bob

Hi Bob,
Your kick ass attitude is awsome. You will be back in that saddle before long. Get better first and enjoy the sun and warmth in Florida. Welcome to the forum. I am a newbie here as well.
Never say never!

I was impressed that you were back riding after the heart attack. I'm even more impressed that you're almost 76! Keep it up!
