Great forum, glad I found it!
Hi all,
Was cruising the interweb looking for information and came across this site. Very informative and helpful so I thought I'd join.
I'm an older guy who recently gave up running due to his bad knees and started biking again. Am currently riding a Fuji Crosstown comfort bike (25 year award from my previous employer) but am also in the process of refurbing my 1987 Trek 560. Between that and the fact I'll probably soon be trading the Fuji in on hybrid you can expect to see me ask a lot of questions here :-)

a bike after 25 years...that is better than a pocket watch...and much better than a pink slip! as to the forum...I am still exploring all and seem to have gotten stuck on the over 50 section...enjoy the 87 Trek.
