Hi everyone.
I'm mostly a recreational rider for fun and exercise. I ride on the bike paths in the forest preserves near my home. I've tried running for exercise several times in my life but I always come back to cycling because I'm able to pace myself on a bike so much easier than when I run. I also like the wind blowing in my face.
Anyway, I haven't ridden for five years and this summer I cleaned up my bike and got back on. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed it.
I teach junior high kids in a small parochial school - science, alegebra, religion, social studies. Keeps me busy during the school year and no day is boring.
