Welcome aboard 'Dude!

Padded biking shorts work much better with nothing underneath.

Welcome to the Forum!

Commando style seems to be the appropriate way to wear the shorts.

Plenty of embrocation options available, try a LBS, or online, also you really need to do a basic spell check before posting, as some of what you have written is difficult to understand due to so many spelling issues.

Good choice in bibs. Commando always.
