Hello from NY. First bike a Mongoose Californian (which I still wish I had!). Also had a Fuji 10 speed (can't remember date). Current rides a 1996 Cannondale m900 mountain bike converted to commuter and local riding. Basically just threw on some semi-slicks. Also have a 2013 Cannondale SuperX Carbon Rival. Happy cycling.

Glad to have you posting here, Welcome Aboard!

New York eh? What kind of riding is in store for you in the near future?

Funny that you ask. Me and usual crew are setting off to do a NYC route that we agree upon on. Start from Queens, ride into Manhattan, then down to the Brooklyn Bridge and ride to Coney Island. From there, we'll decide if we want to take the Belt pkwy back to Queens or head back into Manhattan. We normally decide as we go. Thanks for asking.
