Hello from Connecticut

Hi Everyone, I just joined

I just started cycling again after a 25 year break. Why did I stop! I recently purchased a Specialized Roubaix and boy have bikes changed. I have only done a few short rides as my legs are not up to long rides yet. I am hooked up with Strava and am going to ride as much as family life/weather will permit. I feel so much better for the few miles I have done. I have raised my heart rate to 179 and I feel so good when I get home. I hope to ride through the winter when there is no snow on the ground
