Hello - and help in Toulouse

I am a new member to the Forum and am excited about trusty access to cycling information.

I live in New Hampshire, but also enjoy international travel on my bike. This June, I'll be doing the RAID de Pyrenee with Marmot Tour out of the UK. I am hoping that someone can help me find a top-notch cycling shop or mechanic in Toulouse, France that can assemble our bikes and store our cases. I appreciate any and all information.
