New from cambridge Ontario Canada
Hi everyone just taking a look around Im just getting back to ridding looking to get back into shape. I simply casually ride to commute and some trails in the area that range from 5 km up to 160 km long, I've done a 60 km ride for charity and I do a 40 km trail ride regularly from Cambridge to Paris Ontario on the grand trunk trail part of the trans Canada trail system. We still have about two ft of snow and can't wait to get back out.

Hello and welcome to Bike Forums.
If it's exercise you're looking for, give winter cycling a try! It's also a good excuse to buy more cycling clothes, studded tyres for the bike and whatnot.
