Hardly new!

Seeing as how I've been riding since 1963 and competitively since 1971. Now I rarely ride at all just because I live in the armpit of the south (Fort Smith, Arkansas). It is so humid here in the summer that even if there were road surfaces that were cycleable I wouldn't go out and ride. I'm a wimp. This area is so poor that we hardly have enough money for paving the roadways. Never mind actually having a shoulder on the road.

But, again, I'm just a wimp. My youngest son now rides so I don't have to. I prefer fixed gear and still own the Frejus track bike that Carl Leusencamp sold me when I lived in Portland, Oregon. Does anyone remember Mr Leusencamp?
