Getting ready to start back myself. They rescheduled the rain out Nats events so I'm going to just have a few eeks of tune up. Once that's done in November I'll be hitting it hard. Usually ski season kicks in around November, the DH stuff and moguls followed by gym work is just nasty but really effective.

When I started this thread, I wanted to learn as much as I could, in a short space of time ! See, I am 58 years young - and I didnt want to wait 2 or 3 years to see what worked, and what didnt. I wanted to get fast now !

Most of the chaps have been reallly helpful (including Racer Ex).
I have found out several things for myself, and I am happy to share them with you. If you would like me to. Just ask OK. But actually, most of what I have learnt, the lads have already said in this column !! Cheers for now:
