Enduro...

Did not see anything much about this on forums - appologize if I missed it. I am doing my first Enduro event this weekend and wonder if anyone on here has done any or does race this style. On paper this sounds great to me - I have raced Cross Country but tend to carry more weight than most so hill climbs usually blow me up. I have a Niner RIP which is considered a trail bike/all mtn and has 5" of travel. I am usually out front on group rides on technical decents. My hope is to pre ride the course so I know what the hell I am getting myself into. I saw some elevated drops in one of the videos so I am hoping there are alternative lines. Should be fun if I survive to tell about it - I might wear POV cam and grab some footage.
