If this thread is out of place, all the mods can delete it.

I was just wondering since no one in my area rides, how old is everyone who rides because that would be cool if adults did it ive only seen teens at the places i go.

15, going on 16 this summer.

Strange that all you see are kids riding, everyone around here that rides is an adult. And by adult, I mean over 18.

I started riding mountain bikes when I was 30, and that was 17 years ago.
My boss, who's a few years older than me, is a pretty good mountain biker too, but he's been riding for longer than I have so that's no big surprise.

yeah when my brother got his license (the same one who has the fsr im riding right now) hasent ridden it forever. its a shame because that bike did a cost a lot of money. Now hes an all out car person. When i get my license ill probably ride my bike more than my car.

P.S. When im driving my car, ill probably be driving to go mountain bike haha

its great to know all the adults ride!

it's a sad, sad, state of affairs your brother is in but there is hope for you. i started mtbing a year or two years after i got my license which was when i was 18. i'm 22 now it'l be really nice when your able drive to other trails that were too far before. plus you'll be fresh for the ride instead of wasting it all trying to get there and back- that is assuming the trail head isn't your driveway or something.
