Any mountain bikes with 23" (60cm) frames?

I am thinking of getting another mountain bike. I gave my last one to my son. This one had a 21.5" frame which I never liked that much. I am 6'4" and like to have a larger frame.
But I am having a hard time finding a bike with such a frame size. Preferable with 29" wheels. Maybe 27.5". Most website require to look at each bike and check on available frame sizes. None offers to search the bike by frame size.
Preferable under $1000 as I am not going to do too much mountain biking an because I am on budget.

Thanks

I've seen a few here and there. Specialized makes a 23" Stumpy. I sat on it just to feel what's its like to be on a bike that's too big.

My BIL is a 1/4" shy of 6'6" and has been riding a Trek Marlin XXL / 23". It is the first bike that fit him properly.

Trek has several other 23" MTBs and might have one close to 1k like you're looking for. The Marlin is pretty basic and runs about $600. I'm thinking the X-Cal or one of the other HT 29ers. I don't think they make any 23" frames for 27.5 wheels, but I could be wrong.

Thanks. I am going to look into these. I like that Trek also has numbers around frame stack and reach which are hard to find with some other bike manufacturers.
