Well shot but a boring ride. Speed is all that will save that trail from being anything more than a trail to a better trail. Show us some downhill or some air at least.
It is still better than any video I have shot though. none.

Pretty nice. I have some video footage from my camera when it was around my neck, I'll sort through and see if any of it is decent.
I was kinda worried during parts of that, those trees looked pretty solid and painful, and looked pretty close to the camera.

Plus 50 points for badass music. Corrosion of Conformity is the stuff, and they just came out with a new album "In the Arms of God."
The trails look nice, but nothing crazy. Build some stuff, and take some new vids (with similarly kickass music!)

Sweet! Looks kinda like the trail I hit on Friday--little more open, tho. Ours was more shade than sun.

Bar ends and trees don't like each other. Nice footage, especially for the maiden shoot.... You'll only get better with time and more $$$ of course. A higher resolution cam will do wonders, but they're high dollar. I'd rather spend the bucks on my bike's...
I'd love to show the world some of the places I ride, but in reality most people have either "been there, done that", or simply could care less. Right Bender?

Good- music, nice trail good camera placement.
Bad-Ride was to slow for the music and no jumps or drops or big crashes to go along with the music.
Barends on thight st.
Next time have some one ride in front of you and go a bit faster (a lot faster if you can) and try and make that right turn over the hump into a hip jump
One thing you may want to get if you have not already is one of these CamEyeSport remote. It will save you from burning unnecessary fotage.

thanks for the comments guys...i know the trail isnt great, esp coming to indiana
from colorado by way of arizona...but the trail is ~15 mins from my haus and i
can ride there every day, plus im happie just having a place to ride out here in
the sticks...it would be nice to have downhills/jumps and whatnot, but its pretty
flat around here, so that stinks.
im going out this afternoon to do a whole lap, which does have a few small
jumps (only a foot or two) and trying to get some friends to go along...so,
hopefully i can spice it up a bit more (:
as for trail length, a full lap is just over 7 miles, which usually takes about 40
minutes and has a combination of everything out here (small jumps, small flats,
small downhills, etc)....but again, its the only thing nearby...
the burnout was pretty fun, we arranged that after the last race one season.
i have found alot of on bike footage from that year that im going to put up as
soon as i get time (maybe tonite(: ). sorry no horrific crashes though...every
time i fell down i didnt have the camera mounted.

yeah swiffer, most of the trails are pretty narrow, running along ridges
between creekbeds. i want to cut more trails, but i barely squeeze in
riding and the gym w/everything else these days (getting married in
september). i have taken GPS tracks of current trails, so
the space for additional routes is there, just a matter of getting it
cleared.

the camera total w/shipping was $209 USD (2nd day air=$25). got it from helmetcamera.com. included the camera and a burly machined aluminum
housing, mic, battery pack and all the cables. only thing i may need to
get is a Y connector to split the audio (single RCA audio input)...but since
ill be adding music to most of the video, its not that important.
EDIT-its the 380 version...480 is another $100

next time we head north ill bring my bike and camera and we can meet
up for a ride...should be worth quite a few shots of me on my head (:

sorry. It was boring. I just saw trees and a blurry pink thing that was probably the trail lol.
