Bikes between 1000$ - $1500

Once, twice, or more, there are questions about "What's the best MTB under $1500?". You can add whatever MTB that is under $1500. I will start by naming a few:

Dirtjumpers/Freeride:
Kona: Stuff
Cowan
Specialized: Hardrock Pro Disc
Rockhopper Proc disc
P.2
Norco: Manik
Tactik
Sasquatch
125

Cross-country/Xc:
Kona:
Caldera
Dawg Matic (price varies)
Specialized: FSR XC Comp
Norco: Charger

If you want a bike that rolls over things, consider these:

XC / All mountain
Fisher 292/293

XC hardtail
Fisher Paragon
Fisher Rig (SS)
Surly Karate Monkey
Niner One 9 (SS)

Marin also makes some XC steel hardtails. The Rockhopper is an XC bike, not freeride or dirt jump bike as listed in the first post.
