Mountain bike frame size

hi,
im 5ft 4".. looking for a mountain bike to do a bit of off-roading. just wanted to know what size frame i should get? is 15" too small?

I'm around 5ft 4", 5ft 5" and I ride a size 15" Specialized Hardrock. It feels a tiny bit small under me thus I can throw it around better as I use it for freeride and urban.
